Terms of use

These cover using the service. What you may do with an asset once you have licensed it is a separate document: the licence terms.

Originators

If you are signed in when you ask the catalogue to make something it does not have, and it is listed, you are that asset’s originator. You are credited the share shown on this site of the price of every paid licence of it, whoever buys it. Free licences, licences you issue to yourself and payments nothing could verify are recorded as use and credited at zero. A sale keeps the share it was credited at, even if the share later changes. Payouts are made by the operator of this catalogue and recorded against your balance. The asset itself belongs to the catalogue; being its originator gives you a share of its sales, not the right to license it to others.

Using the catalogue

Searching and browsing are open. Licensing requires a licence to be issued, and the asset you receive is governed by its terms, not by this page.

Commissioning an asset

A made-to-order request puts your words in front of a model on somebody else’s hardware, so it is rationed and filtered. Requests naming brands, real or recognisable people, or anything the prompt checks rate as an error are refused. Rations apply per visitor and per hour. A request that produces nothing good enough is not listed and is not charged for.

Fair use of the API

The catalogue endpoints are open for ordinary use. Automated use that degrades the service for others may be rate limited or refused. The MCP endpoint may require a token, and paid tools may require settlement before they run.

Availability

This is a self-hosted catalogue running on finite hardware, usually a single GPU. There is no uptime commitment, renders queue, and a request can fail. A licence already issued is not affected by any of that: the file is yours and the grant is perpetual.

Accuracy of what is generated

Assets are generated, not photographed. They are labelled as such everywhere, and no claim is made that anything depicted is real, occurred, or represents a real person, place or event. Check any asset against your own needs before you publish it.

Changes

These terms and the prices can change. A change to the price never changes a licence already issued.
